pic related claims to know, but my theory is this: if the torque is low enough to use an open-ended wrench, then you should be able to torque it by feel if you have much experience at all. I suppose there are situations where that does not apply, like where something can warp or not seal if the fasteners are not torqued the same, but I've been lucky in that I've never felt like I had to use a crows foot. When I was young and starting out it was on my list, but never got bought and never was missed either.
