This is so stupid OP. You are acting like a child. You sent a 'text' to the father and then tried to go to the cops.

For the past 100 years, the thing that is traditionally done when some punks in your neighborhood are messing up your property is to go talk to the parents. Go knock on the front door and politely explain the situation. None of this non-confrontational bullshit like signs, child protective services, or calling the cops. In my experience, shitty parents beat their kids harder. And that kid isn't going to set another foot on your property once his parents know his secret.
