rate my floorplans. Left is how it stands now, right is what I want. My dads been calling me a massive fuckin retard for months since I won't compromise my plan to add closets or make the 2nd bedroom a guest bedroom.

It's just me in a 700sqft 1960 ranch. My goal is to make this house look like it was cared for cottage built in the early 1900's and he's all worried that no closets will kill the resale value on a house i bought on foreclosure.
