I was suspending a 60 by 100 foot walk-in cooler ceiling due to they Meathead miscalculation we had to cut all the threaded rods off 2 feet above where they were at now this has to be done from ladders we started out spending the nuts by hand but I quickly put a few reps of rubber electrician tape not vinyl around a nut driver and spun the drill in reverse while holding the rubber against the nut it still took a while but we threaded those nuts like a champ
