Not my rig, my buddy's. Big pedal on left is a Deluxe Memory man, next to it is a radial ABY box, then a black Arts toneworks Pharaoh fuzz, then a tuner.

My rig does have a Model T in it, though. I run a Sunn Model T, and a JCM800. Piss poor picture of it below. Pedalboard is completely different now.

If it's stripped, stew mac makes a pretty extensive repair kit, it involves cutting the original truss rod head off, grinding new threads into it, then adding a new nut.
