in most of the newer low flush comodes, they have a very tall tank and a large 3 inch flapper that closes quickly.

this allows the water to have more force and flow, for a shorter amount of time.

some older toilets used a flapper like the one pictured. so get a toilet with a tall tank and 3 inch flapper. then buy a flapper like this one, and put the float on your 3 inch flapper and wa-lah you have a super flush commode.
