Ultraviolet led tape might be tricky/expensive but you can get RGB led tape on ebay for DIRT cheap. Like 16 bucks for a roll and a remote controller.

You can get 10 metes of RGB led tape for 100 bucks, includes a controller! The regular white stuff is even cheaper.
