one of the uses I have for this building is fetish safety and technical demonstrations. so If I put in a ceiling I would still like to be able to install hoists or winches along the center rafter frame(for suspension of people) seeing as I have used this feature to remove the engine block from cars and an old ford tractor I know it's plenty safe.

would a swamp-cooler work particularly well? in a coastal area with extraordinarily high humidity? are there ways to seal the building well enough to install air conditioning
