Has anyone used these rectifiers? Why are they so cheap? How big of a heatsink one would need to even pull 100A out of them and stay below 80C? If Vf is about 1.5V that would mean 150W? But junction to case is already about 0.2C/W. Sounds impossible even with forced air.
