No I'm making a "mobile" porch basically. The whole thing would be screened in but on wheels, not a porch for a trailer.

I thought about getting one of these initially but they're incredibly expensive. I found an old trailer on facebook a few years ago and actually asked here then if it was possible to use just the frame to build a mobile porch but didn't get much response other than

so you're basically saying a wooden frame should have been made first off? The issue I had coming across that initially was because the builder guy I talked to and asked a few questions said the welded metal of the frame at certain points would be too thick to drill through so I'd be better off putting the floor down first which is what I did.

what do you mean top board? right now the floors are 8' deck planks bolted into the metal frame. That was the one thing the contractor guy actually helped me put together.
