You must have an observer with you when flying FPV (in the UK). So every YouTube reviewer in the UK is not following this rule in every single video they make.

Thoughts? Do you worry about this at all, especially if you have GPS RTH. Do you think it matters, if you stay within LOS, you're within the spirit of the law? Or just fly well away from other people, for example using a mountain bike to reach your setup position.

When I was dabbling with quads in 2016 I didn't worry about this stuff. I actually don't mind the registration or the 250g rule.
