Nah, that's a generic Chinese non-brand. Liguang is probably the proprietor''s name and Newlt their idea of a "brand" name.

Most likely they made a couple runs of the switch and then moved on to other things or disappeared entirely.

Maybe they copied the switches I've seen, or someone else copied them. No way to know.
