I know i was sitting down smoking for the video. the thing is gimped hard right now. In teach mode, max speed I can get is 50% and the axis that would fucked me up is the one that crashes the robot. When ever the Forarm joint (joint U) moves enough the robot faults and needs to be reset. its the the most fucking crutial joint as it is key for getting any kind of reach on the robot.
Not an excuse.
this robot is big and will fuck me up. .

Once I get more motion, Next project will be the tiny electric chainsaw End of arm tool that I am working for it

Pic is of the 2 servo packs which each run 3 servo drives. They run on some kind of PWN pulse frequency or something Im still trying to figure out how I can reuse these servo packs for a custom controller.
I jiggle these wires (white/manilla ones are the encoder), plug them back in, reset the robot, reset the minor alarm and then shes good to go again for a little but.
fuck me if i need to replace the encoder.
