Apologies for the low res schematic but i highlighted the relevant areas. Did you mean TP204? There is a TP201 but its not near the circuit area Im working in and the schematic doesnt list it as an adjustment point.

also I tested C219 with my MM and I got a range of 0-30pf when rotating (it does a contiunal 360degree so it goes from 0-30pf down to 0 and repeats)
