Not much to look at, but in all my years as an electronic hobbiest, I've never made an actual accurate clock til now.

Also my first use of interrupts for button inputs.(instead of strait polling)

I read somewhere that you shouldn't use interrupts on non-debounced buttons, but this seems to work well.
The ISR polls for a high or low for 10 consecutive checks, 1/2 mS apart.
