Here's an example of a dovetail I used. Just cut the part in two with a parallelogram profile, chamfered the edges of the fat part of the dovetail and the outer edges of the hole, then press/pulled the angled dovetail faces back 0.05mm. I can push the parts together by hand, but need a hammer to dislodge it, because the thin edges hurt my fingees and due to the geometry you can't get good purchase on it without locking up the joint even more.
