I have something like pic related
Its acting not how Id expect them to.
Speed barly works. highest setting is only slightly faster slowest setting. range should be 2k-12k rpm or something.
It wont sand anything even with 60 grit.
I took off the plastic ring brake thing and it goes faster, but still it doesnt have any power. It will sand if you hold it at an anlge, but it leaves circle scores and you might aswell just use an angle grinder.
without the brake, its still so weak that if I set it on wood and start it, it just sits there and wobbles without spinning.
with the brake, its so slow and weak that I can put my hand on it and it wont hurt.
Someone else used it for drywall or something, its full of white powder allover the windings. Ive already cleaned the speed control circuit.

Is this thing fixable or just junk now?
