That’s practically a PC in there with VGA out it looks like… not like any PC I’ve seen.

There is a DC/DC converter on that green board in the lower left. So what I do is look up the part numbers to any of those (known) chips and make sure the voltage is right for each of them.

Also, does the fan spin? Usually, even when cold, it will do a fan spin diagnostic at startup.
