Those Klein channellocks are made in Germany by NWS, they seem real decent so far, it’s hard to pick them vs Kinpex Alligators. The newest version of that tool is US made, doesn’t look as nice as the German one honestly. I have yet to really use the pliers wrench though so no opinion.

I think Klein still does some stuff well, but it’s expensive too. People do love their Klein linesmans and cutters and strippers, they don’t seem to dull that fast. I’m indifferent, I’ll take Klein over a cheap brand because cheap cutting tools are a pain in the ass. The Ideal and Southwires seem just as good. Would be cool to see some honest ProjectFarm type tests compared to the German brands.
