After second layer of primer, as you can see, fine woodworking is not one of my talents so it'll need a final filling, sanding and priming before I'll apply the lacquer. Of course, it would have been wiser not to try routing multiplex in the first place but I had a ton of the stuff laying around and I wanted a rounded edge.
