Probably not. I would expect that to be an aerospace magnesium handle with a tool steel head, all custom machined and hand finished to exacting specifications. Easily a few thousand, but it's not a mission- or safety-critical component, and it's very simple in any case. The big costs of spacecraft are the complex and/or high stress areas that need a lot of attention from design, production, and testing. And all the fuel, of course. For consideration, pic related took a long time to get it to stop exploding, and it's not even a moving part.
