they want skilled trades people, that also means someone who already has an aptitude for the job ,
people who are willing to learn , BUT who already have basic knowledge , SOMEONE who took the initiative, to start learning on their own.
NOT some little self entitled jackass WHO NEEDS to be spoon feed every little thing and has to have their hand held and babysat in order for them to accomplish what ever task they are assigned .

they "whine " as you put it , because you " you know nothings " want a payscale YOU have Not earned and are not qualified for,
