God I fucking hate newbuild estates. They're somehow worse than the Terrace housing mazes of post-war London.

>minmaxed use of space so you get 3 tiny bedrooms and no storage.
>pathetic front gardens that are as small as they can be whilst being able to legally claim they have a front garden. Back gardens are also tiny and usually sloped so you can't do anything with them
>driveways eat up space that could be used to build more houses so you won't get one, just a single allocated space around the corner from your house
>narrow winding roads outside the houseswith no double yellows that quickly have bumper to bumper parked cars and make it hellish to drive down.
