Ive been doing research since i started the thread, its from a company called Secret Wood and so far my guess is they stabilize the broken wood in a vacuum with resin then cast it into a blank with more resin and then shape it.

The one step i believe theyre forgetting is to pressurize the blank while curing to get rid of the bubbles.

I just need to figure out how to do this for cheap.

While im sure i can get the method down the art of it is going to be hard to learn.
