Here’s the idea with that light..:

This house, every bedroom has like 5 outlets but for some reason the garage only has one plus the garage door opener outlet on the cieling. So if I need to plug a cord in for a saw or something, it has to lay across the surface of the workbench.

That switch on the workbench is for the light bulb in the cubby hole. So if I ripped out that light socket and put an outlet in, I could easily keep an extension cord out of the way running it to the fan and any other equipment and use the switch to control it.

Good idea? I don’t really need that light in the cubby hole, I have some bullshit stored in there and the water heater is behind it and I can use a flashlight in there.

Good idea?
