I'm trying to etch and polish these metal enclosures to get them as shiny as posible before applying clear coat.
The etchant seeped thru my masking and now I have small splodges here and there that look weird, can I just sand them away?
Also what procedure should I be following to sand these down? I currently give them 5 min 500 5 min 1000 with the machine in the photo and my results are quite sub-par.
