Scrubber _only_ deals with CO2. There should not be any CO in the system, unless you filled your tanks near a running combustion engine. This will likely kill you, so don't do that...

Don't build a eCCR (electronical O2 addition via a solenoid). Build a manual CCR (mCCR). Simpler design is better (KISS principle).
