Find a stiff rubber case for your phone and cut slits in the back of it wide enough to fit nylon webbing through. Attach some buckles to the webbing. Make some kind of pad to go between the buckles and your skin so you don't pinch yourself, and you're golden. Attached a pic of the way I did the buckles for ya.

I'm finishing up populating the project pages on my site, then I'll get that Orbital Decay webplayer up and running.
