Question for all you genuine Forklift Operators. Is it acceptable for a non-Operator to wear Forklift apparel just for the meme? Or would that be considered a form of stolen valor? Would the wearer get his ass kicked, like someone wearing a fake Hell's Angels patch?

Also, for genuine Operators, at what stage in the Forklift Life are these colors legitimately donned? Is a mere apprentice allowed to wear the t-shirt, or is at least journeyman status required? Is there an initiation ceremony?
