Yeah, I turn 21 in like 22 days but I have always been interested in homebrew stuff.

I had made a batch of cider like 2 days ago, and i was happy with the way it turned out.

DONT USE STORE BOUGHT YEAST! It works but unless you siphon and age it 10 times its going to taste like liquid bread dough wine. Also Siphoning and racking and aging are very important.

And i dont mind the trolls they arent as infested here as other boards.
