Pic almost related, what is the best double flare tube you have used or seen?
I asked the car part store to make me 16 double flares for the tips of new brake tubes and every single flare was far from good when compared to original soviet ones.
This is not a good and I want to make standard flares.

I bet the hydraulic design is still better than the screw one because you also must grease the threads if you don't want to brake the tool.
I have never seen hydraulic version irl but if it leaks all the time from the pistons, there should be made grooves for more O-rings or something.
