>Spend an hour training him on a certain project tracker sheet and the guy is very impressed and asks if our office developed microsoft excel in order to make this tracker or if our main corporate office coded it
>The guy is useless, tell him to cut a bunch of samples to 200mm to send to a customer
>He cuts the samples just to random lengths varying from 100-300mm, all different sizes.

I still can’t decide what the fuck was this guy’s deal. He seemed very bright and fluent in english when you talked to him in person. Some of his fuckups were so bad its hard to imagine he could have understood what we were saying at all.
