- Temperature control (fan and heater for diff seasons)
- Curtains to control the lighting (caves are comfy)
- Get lamps, not LEDs (you can pick different colors and styles)
- Cheap decorations like plasma globes or lava lamps (they look cool)
- Get books and bookshelves, knowledge is comfy (internet tends to not be comfy)
- Swivel chair that is comfy to sit in (make sure you can lean back for reading)

First I would reccomend getting your own place first. Live in a vehicle/van if you have to, getting your own place is better than renting an apartment you don't have control over.
