Lock picking is fun and a skill any do it yourselfer should have. I'll get you started there are three terms you need to know which will speed up your research Picking, Raking, and Bumping. When you pick a lock you are setting individual pins beneath the locks shear line. This is slow and generally only used with some sort of stubborn pin. When Raking you drag the pick across all the pins to get the most pins beneath the shear line in the fastest time. Usually but not always you end up doing a bit of both when it comes Raking and Picking thats just the way it always works out for me. If you know what kind of lock you are going to be dealing with you can make a bump key to use. Lock Bumping is by far the quickest way to open a lock and if you have made your bump key correctly it won't get stuck in the lock. That should get you started kid. All you trolls can go back to b and look at pic's of your cocks and just generally fuck off to your neckbeard paradise. Trollolololololol I don't get mad so don't even try.

Greetings /diy/, i come to you guys seeking help. With what im not sure. I have the basic idea but dont have a clue on how to implement it. Long story short, im makeing a small backyard mini golf course for my kids birthday and need help with the mechanical head/mouth.

I got the rest of the course planned out but with this final set piece im stuck. Never worked with gears/pullies/levers/mechanical stuff before so something simple and durable is what im looking for. Something that will allow the "mouth" to open for a few seconds then close for a few seconds. Continuous or delayed is fine, which ever is easier. Money/time isnt a problem, have about a month to get this done.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.
