Need to make about 20-30 t-shirts tomorrow. I'm pretty familiar with silkscreening but am both low on ink and the only silkscreen I have with me is a small 11x8.5 screen.

I've done around 10 prints before on a single poster board stencil but the last couple were pretty dirty and I got black smudges on a lot of places. This was using an acrylic/fabric mix btw. Luckily perfection doesn't really matter as this is something just for family/friends. So I'm wondering is there a better way to print 20-30 tshirts on the cheap than what I'm doing now (using a poster board stencil until it breaks).

How can I make a large reusable stencil that can survive 20+ prints on the cheap?
