When I was atalented /diy/er#44; there was this strip of woodland, about 200 yards deep and probably a mile long, running between two massive fields where they grew corn. We used to cross the fields to play in there, make dens, make little bows and arrows, we even found some natural clay deposits in a brook that ran through the middle. We made a large hut out of twigs and covered the outside with the natural clay, took us months to finish and it was eventually pretty homey.

One day we went over and found the inside of the hut covered in blood, globs of flesh and broken bones and orange fur, looked like fox fur, but we couldn't be sure because nothing was left that looked like something we could recognize. It was alot too, not just one little fox but several maybe, or some other animals.

We were kids, we freaked out and ran all the way home, never went over to the wood again. I reckon maybe the local farmer who owned the land did it, but god damn. There was so much blood. Who does that.
