>4 times slower
This is one of those things that I know I can disregard everything you said. Homeowners with one tool don’t buy impact driver, they get a drill because it works fine to drive 3 screws a year. But anybody who drives more than 3 screws a month should get down on an impact driver for superiority and speed and ease.

Also the strawman drillbois keep forgetting that tons of modern impacts have speed/power settings and all of them have variable speed triggers so it’s super easy to work with smaller screws.

Man I wish. Feels bad when you need to use them and they get dirty.

I could do it for free on H&R because my shit has been simple, but the $60 includes some identity monitor thing and audit protection plus being able to import prior year’s info for me and my wife. At some point the convenience is worth $30 per person per year, just like cordless tools and not wasting time unrolling hundreds of feet of cord to drive a few screws.
