so to answer your question: probably not. and not very long but it will e interesting to see.
the rawl plugs that those kind of rails come with are usually shit.
brown plug master race.
drill deep into the concrete/brick underneath, if it's only going into the plaster layer it won't hold very well. old walls tend to have about an inch to 2 inches of plaster.
