You're looking at sheathing under a roof. You can see how badly it has curled. on the top of the frame, you can see how the builder used staples instead of cap nails to attach the sheathing. It looks like someone bent a nail at one point trying to fix it.

As you can tell in the photo, the felt is torn and the shingles are lifted enough to let day light in.

Is there any way I can fix this without damaging the shingles above?
