what you have is essentially this, four times over
if you wanna wire banana jacks for speakers, you gotta
1) find the wires that pump music into the speakers, and connect them to a sound source
2) short out the ceiling speakers
3) attach 8 banana jacks to the wires now going to the big volume pot
