I like to remind myself of how easy the task I am doing would be if i was on a ladder that was 1 inch off the ground.

Then I remind myself of how less efficient and dangerous it would be for me to act through panic or petrification as opposed to if i was 1 foot off the ground.

Then I sweat less and my grip is better.
