Some tips for your channel:
Edit out silences. Just look at your audio track waveform and cut out everything that isn't speech. If you want to make it look super professional, put some B-roll footage on top to mask your cuts.

Screw your intro. Anything past ONE second is superfluous and nobody wants to see it.

Cut out everything that's not relevant; no one cares about hooking up a meter, they just care about seeing the measurement.

Try to make a bit of a plan before recording, and don't be afraid to do several takes/many short takes. The more lucid and quick on your tongue you seem, the better.
