this is a link to a repo for a (open source?) program(?) a california(lol) hackerspace wrote for their robot. It is a virtual serial floppy drive emulator. to use real floppys to transfer robot files, i would need a special robot serial floppy giant fucking expansive computer box. or some non OEM floppy drive/usdfloppy emulator /harddick floppy emulator emulator or buy the OEM software/third party software to communicate with the robot controller . It is one model older than mine but it i think it uses same serial protocol


how do i run this .py file? is it suppossed to open up like a terminal or something? i have all the python shit on my computer. do i need to conect to the robot controller first or something?

I made a semi proper end of arm tool for the chainsaw and im trying to program a tool center point. I still need to do the wires on the encoders
