You have an executive function disorder of some kind. Solving this problem should be your #1 fucking priority, or it WILL WRECK YOUR LIFE.

Do EVERYTHING you can think of to fix this. Start NOW.

Some suggestions:
>therapy (multiple kinds, multiple people)
>meditation (there are 10-day retreats in most countries that are 100% free)
>consistent sleep schedule, better sleep hygiene
>improve diet
>move in with your friends or family, instead of living alone(whoever you care about more, whoever you have a healthier relationship with)
>mutual accountability schemes (say you have a friend who's trying to lose weight, and another who's trying to finish a novel. every week you all get together on discord or whatever and talk about how you're doing on those goals, evaluate what's working/not working, talk about what you might do differently, adjust goals for the future)
>learn better practices for organization & time management (suggestion: Getting Things Done)

You need to make some massive changes to your life, or it's going to get worse and worse. If you give me more information about your life then I can suggest more shit.
