I really love the idea of tunnels.Last summer i spent probably 50 hours trying to dig a tunnel into a revene wall, the first 3 feet were soil, but then there was thick clay. I was only able to get 2 feet into them with probably 40 of those hours dedicated to that. I have a set of new shovels, a pickaxe, buckets, wheelbarrow, ATV and dump trailer. I'm looking for any tips on digging through clay, or having other suggestions on tunneling. The revene is far from my house, but I'm considering doing a vertical shaft closer in a flat area, then building a pulley system to remove dirt
