I have a 1989 chevy truck that won't start. I went to start it and it made a loud terrible sound but did start 1 time now it just makes a light clicking sound and doesn't turn over at all.

I was sure it was the starter so i took it off and had it checked and they said it was a good starter. So i have no idea what the problem is.

*the battery and alternator are new all connections are clean and tight

Any ideas what it could be?
