>If I need tools I grab them and take my toolbox. Having a second toolbox in my car at all times is stupid, it's just asking to be stolen.
Good thing you dont have a trunk and you know exactly when your car is going to break down.
But from your posts, it sounds like you arent the type to fix your own vehicle anyways
>It's a freezer making noise because of ice buildup, what tools do you need?
Who knows, the point is moot when you have a toolbox in your car like 99% of the rest of this board.
>Dude, it was a 4' by 8' 3mm board, there's no way I can fit it that in any car, even after folding the seats down.
Which is why is so surprising you knew before you even walked into the store it wasnt going to fit. Is it social anxiety? Do you have aspbergers? You didnt actually give any valid reasons you would knowingly walk out of the store without paying 20 cents to have your panel cut. Just projections on how much better of a human being you are than someone working at home depot.
>It just seems to me like you care more about perception than I do.
I care little about perception, but being pragmatic. Worrying about your preception is hiding away from the panel cutting guy because you think he might be rough, or wearing your man jewelry multi-tool on your belt to look like a manly man when you are going to call for a tow when you get a flat tire.
Its amusing.
