Don't. It fucking sucks. Made one in high school.

Building in them sucks since you have make the mounts yourself (unless you're actually got at that stuff and have access to a metal workshop with CNC).
Access to ports on the back is trash and a huge hassle.
Dust will be completely visible because of the glass, so you'll want filters and easy access to the inside for fast cleaning.
Transportation will be next to impossible without a van or trailer. And even more annoying if you encounter the sworn enemy of the desk PC: stairs.
And use glass. I used acrylic and that shit scratches like crazy.

The only way to possibly make it good is if you make it "super fancy".
