Is this a better idea for a tiny home, a tiny home starter kit. Just buy an old moving van and just retrofit it out. Average cost of gas guzzling moving van on craigslist is $4500. Since you won't be moving it much. Just put it on non-op to drop the commercial insurance costs of owning. I did own one a few years back. It was fucking owning a massive truck like this.
