No, I've looked for a hanko a few times but they are always sold out of my name. Given it's a less common name so they don't restock it often, yet still common enough to have a empty slot on the store self the few times I go to the Asian markets. As a kid I thought wax seals were cool, but seal wax or otherwise never came up. So I never actually got one, but the kid in me kind of thought if your going to stamp a seal you can at least make it more interesting and fun and in English.

I saw a video about high end seals awhile ago were they make them out of tungsten, they are calibrated so the weight of the seal is the idea stamping pressure and machine it so the spacing of the face has idea surface tension for just the right amount of ink. The result is a seal that is near indestructible and stamps perfectly every time the moment you let it go, also cost a lot of money and are typically sold as family seals to be passed down for generations. Over all I hear hanko is becoming less popular, but part of me still likes the idea despite the logistical issues.
